   Due to concerns over the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and new procedures for social distancing, the Prince George's County Planning Board will provide virtual public attendance at its September 28, 2023, meeting. Public participation is encouraged either through our phone bridge or by using GoTo Meeting (online video meeting software). Please note that you do not need a GoToMeeting account to participate. All materials MUST be submitted by Tuesday, 12 noon, before the meeting via email to pgcpb@mncppc.org at the Planning Board Office. The meeting can be viewed live through our streaming service, and a video recording will be available for review after the meeting.

   Everyone who wishes to speak at the Planning Board meeting must register in advance by Tuesday, 12 p.m. before the meeting. You may register by filling out this form in its entirety and successfully submitting it. Please note: This form will stop taking submissions on Tuesday at 12:00 noon, two days prior to the Planning Board meeting. All of your material submissions, including PowerPoints, must also be emailed to the Planning Board Office by Tuesday, two days prior to the Planning Board meeting. Once registration is received, we will provide call-in information and a web address to connect to the meeting. If you only wish to watch the Planning Board hearing, you may do so at our normal streaming website: https://www.mncppc.org/883/Watch-Meetings 

   IMPORTANT: After you have submitted your form, please make sure that you check your spam or junk mail folder regularly, as you may get several emails from the Planning Board office, including an email with the log-in or call-in information.
