The grounds at Mount Calvert Historical and Archaeological Park are open every day from dawn until dusk for drive-in and walk-in visitors. The site is also accessible by water via canoe and kayak. The house and museum exhibit are open April through October on Saturdays from 10 am-4 pm, and on Sundays from 12 noon-4 pm. Archaeological excavations are open on most Saturdays from April through October. School and group programs are by appointment; call 301-627-1286 or TTY 301-699-2544. Admission is free.
