Our Collegiate Internship program is a hands-on opportunity for enrolled college students to build work experience and to learn about the multi-faceted organization.

Internships

We offer internships year-round in a variety of areas including:

• Arts administration
• Community planning
• Community recreation
• Health and wellness
• Information technology
• Maintenance and development
• Public affairs and marketing
• Sports
• Therapeutic recreation

Eligibility Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate studies program at a college or university (specify a major that caters to the organization)
• Have at least a 2.5 GPA (based upon a 4.0 scale)
• Have a junior class standing (60 credit hours)

• Provide transcripts (official or unofficial)
• Write a resume
• Submit your completed application by the deadline below to the Parks and Recreation Human Resources department.

• Spring Semester: December 1
• Summer Semester: April 1
